The flat rice noodles are placed in a bowl, the beef cuts are layered on and the herbs are sprinkled on top. The broth is poured over the noodles and meat.
The pho garnishes: 1.Vinegar onions 2.Bean sprouts 3.Wedges of lime 4.Chillies 5.Thai basil 6.Hoisin sauce 7.Sriracha hot chilli sauce 8.Fish sauce for seasoning the broth.
The diner should firstly taste a spoonful of the broth and then customize their own pho dish: So add whatever garnish and seasoning they want. For example they might like a more chilli broth so they should add the fresh birds eye chilli and the Sriracha sauce.
