1. Pho bo

Beef Pho
Phở bò (pho bo) is like the Sunday roast of Vietnamese meals, but it can also be eaten for breakfast, lunch as well as dinner. It's pronouced "furr" or "fuh"  "bar" and is a beef broth with rice noodles. The key to a good bowl of pho is it's broth - it's a delicate blend of beef and roasted onion flavours, with herbs and spices.
