1. Salmon fishcakes

We made eight salmon fishcakes following Jamie Oliver's recipe, replacing parsley with dill and coriander. We pan fried some of the fishcakes and also grilled the remaining lot, finding that the fishcakes cooked a bit more evenly when grilled.
